Exhibitor & Sponsorship Information

The fall 2016 IWLA Conference will be held at the Coralville Marriott (300 E. 9th Street, Coralville, IA) on October 7-8, 2016. Please read through the information below. Options:

Booth Fee: The fee per booth is $185.00 for the two-day conference. That price includes the booth area (approximately 10’ x 10’), one table with skirting (6’ x 30”), two chairs, and a garbage can. Please let us know if you have a large, pre-designed display so we can assign you an appropriate booth location. Other fees are listed below. If you need special arrangements other than these, please specify your request in your application.  In order to guarantee a booth you must register by September 10, 2016. Set up time will be Thursday, October 6th, 2016 from 7-10 p.m.

Nametags:  We will provide name tags for you.  Please indicate the name(s) you would like printed on them.

Advertising: You may place an advertisement for your business/institution in the Conference Program.  Full-page print ads should be 8” wide x 10” high. Half page horizontal print ads should be 8” wide x 5” high. Half page vertical print ads should be 4” wide by 10” high.  A logo for the website should be about 1” x 2”.  Please email your ad to Christine McCormick and indicate whether it is full, half, web, etc.

Sponsorships: Several opportunities are available for your company/institution to support the I.W.L.A. conference and to attain higher visibility. You may also be interested in providing for other conference costs (program printing, program folders, name tags). All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the program as well as the exhibit hall.

Raffles: If you elect to offer a prize or prizes for the raffle held during the conference, we will provide you with a raffle box and blank tickets. Raffle tickets will contain the name, language(s) taught, address, phone number, school, and email. You will retain the tickets so you can add listings to your files.
